That's a little small for my eyesight, so I can't read the relevant section, but I guess you have managed to understand it. The fare basis is usually very long and complex, all those flight codes is more about when the ticket can't be offered on certain flights, but if you have a booking with a fare basis you can normally skip all of that since the computer won't let you have that fare basis for a non legit flight. For the cancellation area, there is a particular format, usually one relating to before travel and the other for cancellation after starting travel, and they follow certain patterns. So if you need help, it's just that section under Penalties that's useful (usually).
