I’m currently staying at the Sheraton Wall Centre in Vancouver BC, and they first denied my late checkout “based on availability” and now they’re claiming that they’re a convention hotel. Not according to these searches, so I’ll keep pressing. Unfortunate that they make this so difficult. I get that there are a lot of plats and above but if the benefit is guaranteed, it needs to be honored.
