I tried to apply one through Hyatt Concierge but they said they couldn't do it. They said they reached out to Miraval to contact me about this, but I haven't heard back and wondering if there's a special Miraval support line I need to contact or just contact the property directly. Had a reservation in February 2024. It worked as you say. If you haven't heard back from Miraval contact them at the general number. Leave a message if you must.
