Quite frustrating and quite bad for such a large company. Main reason is because I will in a few months have flights with SAS, and would like to reserve seats for free

Hopefully someone can point us with these tech issue to a solution...
Cheers!
Have you tried Edge?
Here are some data point:
First attempt: Used chrome with the link from FT, filled in 5 application for the family. I'm sure the submissions have gone into the black hole.
I sent in multiple forms for myself and got 4 replies - 1 approved and 3 duplicated. I sent way more than that using various browsers via various connections (fiber and mobile data from various providers). The last attempts was using edge/firefox.
I sent in multiple forms for Mr. as well - he got an email back needing documentation and nothing else.
I then used Safari on iphone to send the applications for my children, I don't think it worked. I then tried using duckduckgo, edge and firefox for each of the children, and then after a while I got the emails saying that they got approved to EBG. I made sure that cache was cleared and no previous history and type in the url: statusmatch.flysas.com - once again no duplicate emails sent to any of them.
Most of the forms are sent from a particular laptop so I don't think Mac address is an issue.
Before you start saying I'm flooding the requests so slow down the whole process - I can tell you that I don't flood anything if the forms ended up in the black hole. I chatted with SAS customer service and they said if I don't get a confirmation I need to resend the form. I have learned the lesson when I was status matching with Hilton. They told me to wait 10 days which I did and they said they never receive my form.
