Short haul row 1 and 2 are normally blocked for HON/SEN, and have usually been possible to book. On a couple of different bookings now (both happen to be awards) which also include long haul sectors, these are blocked even when putting in the SEN number. Is this some change in policy from LH group? Or something to do with the fact these are redemptions? Worked fine as recently as May on a paid intercontinental itinerary.
