I had included a few paragraphs of context for what had happened. It said funds should arrive within 14 days so overall impressed at relatively quick resolution.
I think it would be useful if anyone providing a data point such as this also stated the class of travel and paxs current status with BA. Anecdotally, status and class of travel do impact BAs response times.
