Stayed a few nights last month. Booked and received a King Premium with Sofa bed, but the latter was not set up despite requested in advance.

The common area of the hotel was nicely decorated and well maintained, classic and elegant. But the room was clearly dated, and there were defective amenities / equipment all around, such as bedsheet with a hole, tilted toilet roll holder and a loosen mirror. Water taps covered with stain. The bed was not made properly, with the duvet shifted to one side of the bed. Felt like the room was managed by amateur. The room I stayed in HIX of the same city was even better maintained.

Would not return anymore, and would definitely not recommend it. YMMV though.
