Depends on how busy thing are at immigration. As an example, myself and a friend arrived on separate flights around 17:00. I had access to the priority immigration and I was through in 5 minutes. He was in Y, and it took him around 75 minutes to get through.
My flight arrived this morning at 0305,
as scheduled. There was no Immigration Officer in AS/AM priority immigration. The QR staffer at the entrance desk called, and said that an immigration officer would be along in a little while. I didn't wait, went back to regular immigration. The line was short.
