Comments: I had initially applied my NUAs for the top 2 suite categories only - Fantastic and Wow Suite. There are very limited units available in these categories at the property (probably 3-4). Three days prior, i get a message saying they are still checking on my request and will do their best - figured it would be a long shot given the limited units. I did not want to take a chance and added Marvelous Suite to my options that night. Next day (two days prior) i get the Marvelous Suite approved. Was traveling with family and did not want to stretch my luck by waiting until check in time for a platinum upgrade. Happy with the final result.
