Hi, I'm also trying to book on points for October. FYI I emailed them a few weeks ago (Titanium desk had no info/help). They emailed right back to say that bookable rooms , both points/cash, only open up 2 to 3 months out ... seems very odd ... and that I should check back beginning of July. Checked again and nothing open yet except one base room for cash - I have emailed them again - no response yet! Weird? (Actually I JUST checked my email again before finishing - they just responded again that "sales" open up 3 months in advance so any day now for October! Good luck.

Also, I'm trying to decide between this hotel or the Sheraton ? Seems like the Courtyard Ginza is a better location for tourists?
