For Franschhoek, if you want to be in town, I would suggest La Cle. I also love Babylonstoren, which is fabulous, but farther out. There is also La Residence. They all have a unique style, so maybe choose whichever is appealing to you. For just transfers and a short Cape Town tour, I might just settle on your accommodations first and then ask the property to arrange.
