If not brief, you're nothing if not persistent! However, I don't think AAG sees this as significantly accretive to profitability - though they probably haven't even looked at it closely. I would guess most high status elites continue to fly AAG past the thresholds, without much thought of crossing over to another carrier. You're an outlier.
