Thanks for this helpful info. I’m currently staying at the Sheraton Wall Centre in Vancouver BC, and they first denied my late checkout “based on availability” and now they’re claiming that they’re a convention hotel. Not according to these searches, so I’ll keep pressing. Unfortunate that they make this so difficult. I get that there are a lot of plats and above but if the benefit is guaranteed, it needs to be honored.
