Kimpton Roatan is a relatively new hotel that I'm considering booking.
The hotel has rooms for 58000 points per night which I can get to with a new credit card.
If I book 4 nights, is the fee only 3 x 58,000 and the fourth night is free?

Also there are about $200 in taxes and $276 in "guest fees" for things like equipment usage and towels if I pay in cash
Are either of those waived with an award booking?
