I honestly don’t mind the ex-Lion Air/Batik 737-900s. I’ve flown them quite a few times from cities like Columbus, Louisville, Knoxville. Delta is very intentionally keeping them in use only within a short radius of Atlanta. I appreciate that. It wouldn’t be great if they were used on transcon flights. It’s an imperfect situation for sure, but given supply chain backlog, I’m still glad these routes are flying with robust frequencies.
