I think that is the same as what I said. You *can* do it in an hour but you will feel rushed.
Would you rather that lounges fed you as fast as possible in all cases? Do you think that is also what everyone else wants?
Personally I like to take at least an hour over a meal.
In a fine dining establishment I'm likely to want to take 3 hours over it
We are definitely in the 'angels on the head of a pin' zone here.
If you want relaxed fine dining you need to be outside the airport.
If you want decent food on a timescale you can plan ahead and alert servers who will usually do their best to accomodate your wishes.
