Are you SURE you want to do this, though? If you have miles coming out of your ears - fair enough. But if not this seems like a waste of miles for me. You get 10 kg of extra baggage in C. I agree with Aviatrix. It's a waste of miles on European flights. You should try to carry the more heavy items in your hand luggage.
To answer your question, according to the KLM site you're ticket is for the whole stretch and as long as you just have a connection in Ams and not a longer stop-over it's counted as one flight since they don't have direct flights for your iternary
