Really need to offer a little more info than 'in an airport lounge' as even BA's F lounge in T5 is generally self-service (although you can order on demand). The CCR is different, but service is generally swift. An hour would suffice for a sit down meal across three courses.
I never really have enough time to spend ages in a lounge, nor really want to. If I was heading with the other half for a vacation, flying in J or F, sure I'd probably view the lounge differently, but as 90% the time I fly on business, I just want to get in the lounge, grab a coffee, get the laptop out, check emails and then get boarded.
