Time for a meal in the lounge?
How much time would you expect to be sufficient for a sit-down meal in an airport lounge without being rushed?
I’m thinking of a simple starter, main and dessert, glass of wine or two at a (first class?) lounge with restaurant-style dining.
Given everyone there has a flight to catch I’d expect service and delivery to be geared quicker than your average pace at a restaurant…
… yet frequently I’m left gobbling down (or skipping) dessert and rushing to the gate as apparently I haven’t left enough time?
