How long does it take to reprice a ticket?

Called Customer Services on 2nd July to amend a ticket originally booked for August, PRG-LHR-GLA, pulling the booking forward to 13th July.
2 days later I received an email with price and MMB showed the new schedule. In the meantime, an earlier combination showed at a lower price on BA.com. 3rd July I called to ask about that combination. That combo needed to be re-priced.
Friday 5th July, nothing and I call centre again. I'm told to still wait for the email.
Today 7th, again nothing. I call again to ask as MMB is showing the new request. Over 1hr on this call so far, lots of "on hold" and all get is the "back-office team" are still looking into my request as it is very complicated.
It's Club Europe, date change and one leg (LHR-GLA) to an earlier time. Not sure what "complication". In total 4 calls and over 3.5hrs of calls. Bring back change online!
