I am not aware of any short connection kiosk, neither is mentioned in AENA's website or Iberia's website.

Also, I am not sure how a "kiosk" will help in a connection - with a non-EU passport you have to go through manual processing (e-gates are only for EU citizens in Spain) and you have to go through transit security.
