Some folks in Twitter said they got appointment for Bio-metrics, but the selected (read Tier 2) airport Immigration officers had no clue.

I also wonder, if this will ease up the Global Entry Background check for Indians - I know too much optimistic. But then if some one is allowed to leave / enter using this, the GEP approval from India should be automatic.
