A lot of people are flying while sick, whether it's covid or something else. That won't change, but I wish people would be respectful by at least covering their mouth when they sneeze or cough. (I suppose wearing a mask is too much to ask...)
I'd be happy if people just didn't cough/sneeze in the direction of my face.
But for the OP. No one knows how many people have COVID, likely a small number. No one knows how many people aren't willing to pay a change fee when they are sick, likely a small number.
