Am only a lowly Plat Pro, but that doesn't seem like the reason. They swear it's automated, but if that's actually true, I don't know what the algorithm is skewed to.
I've never - (no, not once ever) - had a five day turn. Or sadly, even double that, that I recall.
I admit I'm quite envious of you guys!!
