When I landed in SFO, I received my letter and pen. The pilot of my connection gave me my coins (they weren't available in 2014). A month later, I received my plaque commemorating the 2 million-mile flight.

Obviously, you cannot fly 1 million miles in two segments. Perhaps, 2429?
