I mean ... how difficult it is to set up something that caters to a full-body workout ?!? It is elementary knowledge that there are three basic lifts, normally called the big 3 - squat, deadlift, bench press - which, when done together, work out every single muscle in your body. All one needs is a bench, a rack (or a smith machine) and some plates, and that one can fit in an entry category room ... instead they cram 3 treadmills, 3 cross-trainers and 3 bikes ... Anyway, rant over.
