Short connection kiosk? Never heard of it. And from my experience of Spanish airport queues, there is zero chance that people waiting would allow somebody claiming a "short connection" to jump the queue.

The only option would be talking to the airport staff helping manage the passport control queues and see whether they determine the connection to be so tight that the people in question are escorted to the front of the queue.
