Hoping to get a recent update on some of the nicer Munich hotels. Have previously stayed at the Charles. Went well. Returning later this year for a few nights. Was looking at:

- A few of the other Amex FHR properties (4J, Rosewood, Bayerischer Hof), versus;
- Amex THC listing for Andaz Schwabinger Tor.

Have read several posts here and in the other Munich hotels thread, and the Andaz Munich review thread here on FT. Seems like the Andaz might be punching above its weight in terms of both soft and hard product versus the other more traditional 5* properties especially given its lower price point.

Location is negotiable. Budget, flexible.
