I knew that Club Access awards cannot be combined with Chase or milestone Free Night Awards.

Hyatt tells me that Guest of Honor also cannot be combined with Chase or milestone free night awards. Is this correct?

Edit: Hyatt’s GoH terms say
A Guest of Honor Award may be applied where the Member makes a paid reservation (at an Eligible Rate) or redeems a Free Night Award or Points + Cash Award.


This is quite different from the Club Access terms:

Not valid in connection with any Free Night Award other than those identified above, including, without limitation, Hyatt-branded Credit Card premium and anniversary Free Night Awards, Brand Explorer Free Night Awards, Category 1-4 Free Night Awards (defined below), Category 1-7 Free Night Awards (defined below), Ultimate Free Night Awards (also defined below), or any other promotional Free Night Award
None of these limitations appear in the GoH terms. Is this a programming error?
