The only thing I have is a screenshot of the page that popped up to say it was submitted
I chatted with SAS and that customer service staff said keep doing it until you receive a confirmation or wait 10 days. I have used 6 different browsers, 3 internet connections and none of them yield a confirmation email.
After the mess up with Hilton status match I don't want to wait 10 days. I'll wait until Monday to contact EB member services.
