By my reading of the access rules, Guest access is per location. So, by that interpretation, yes: you'd need to use a guest pass, or pay for guest access, at each Sky Club location.


Sky Club guest access for cardholders: $50 (or guest pass) per visit, per location.

Note the different capitalization of "visit" vs "Visit", which, again per my interpretation, implies that a Guest "visit" (lower-case, per-location) is different from a member "Visit" (capitalized, all Sky Club access within a 24-hour period, starting in 2025).
