I've discovered that if I put my UA FF# on the reservation it won't show up in my account when I log into the ANZ web page or the app. I've played with it, changed my FF# to my Air Points # and there are the flights. I'd like to be using the ANZ app while we are there.
Is there a way to add both numbers to my account? Can I list the flights with my Air Points number but still earn miles on UA? Or is there a way to earn AirPoints and then treansfer them to UA afterwards?
TIA
With the way you are describing it you can only have FF number associated (if get into the weeds there is actually two fields but that is a manual process & potentially not what you are looking for here).
You should be able to just manually add the booking to the app using the booking ref and surname. Add booking button at the bottom of the flights page.
If you earn APDs it will be impossible or at least very time consuming to get them converted to UA points. Best to get them credited to UA from the outset.
Though worth checking if you can use a Koru membership while having a UA FF number as it most probably won't link and boarding pass won't scan green at the door.
Also why getting a Koru membership for 9 flights? Would be cheaper to just buy some food in the terminal.
