Hello! Newbie ALL Silver here and I hope you can help me out.

I am currently staying in the Adagio Vienna City and requested a late check out for tomorrow.

There is availability and they told me I had to pay €60,- for a late checkout (until 4PM), also with my Silver status. After some discussion they eventually told me I do have a free late checkout included until 1PM. Normal checkout time is 11AM.


Is this a normal procedure? Do silver members have a separate late check out policy that is different from the regular paid late check out service? Or would you advise me to go back to claim my late check out until 4PM?

Cannot find this anywhere on the ALL website.
