What is your IHG One Rewards status?
Diamond Royal Ambassador Inner Circle

Were you (or for multi-stayers are you generally) happy with the hotel/stay?
The hotel is superb.

Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked cheapest rate and received King Premium Sea View Private Plunge Pool Sofa Bed

How are the rooms?
Around 37 sqm with additional 4sqm balcony.
Very elegant interior design. Wooden floor and tiles.

Bedroom with very comfortable bed.
Seating area with small dining table.

Balcony with superb view over Mirabello Bay.
Very pleasant plunge pool to relax and enjoy the view

Nice bathroom with walk-in shower.
Byredo Bal d’Afrique toiletries.

Coffee machine and kettle.
Large television screen with good selection of international channels (including great Arte channel).
Chromecast.

Free PressReader

Very quiet (including when the window is open : you can literally sleep to the sound of the waves).
Very efficient air conditioning.

How is the exec. lounge?
N/A

What was good and what was bad?

GOOD
- Elegant décor
- Great location, with stunning view.
- Very nice pool areas
- Great breakfast
- Knossos restaurant, under
the guidance of two Michelin-starred Executive Chef Nikos , is really delicious.
- You can easily rent bicycles at the shop left hand side when you leaving the hotel, less than 5 minutes walk: the owner is simply great.
- Free valet parking.

BAD
- Nothing

Value for $ or IHG One Rewards Points? Would you return?
The property is superb.
The rooftop bar and pool is not finished.
The hotel is around 1 hour drive from HER airport, through a pleasant trunk road.

In terms of service, the hotel is still in phase of soft opening: most of the staff are attentive and smiling, but largely inexperienced.
