This is awful to hear. Only a matter of time before Delta limits the amount of time to access for JFK originating passengers to 3 hrs. I doubt it is the holiday, as the Delta One cabin is a fixed number of seats and thus the Delta One lounge should be the number of departing D1 seats, a few 360’s and inbound connecting passengers , unlike the Sky Club which the entire plane can enter with the right credit card. Has to be passengers arriving 6 hrs before the flight and/or Air France/Korean Air passengers from Terminal One also arriving early, checking-in and heading to the Delta One lounge for a 3 course meal. Some team located at Virginia Ave got the lounge capacity expected vs actual projections all wrong.
