what exactly do you *expect* AA to do?
To add a data point, I have been assaulted onboard by a drunk passenger (not on AA) and that same evening I had a phone call and an email from the airline to check I was OK with an offer to cover any medical expenses should I want to go to hospital. I expect all airlines to make an effort to show their duty of care to a passenger if they're injured or assaulted onboard.
