I only spoke with her at check-out - it's somewhat unclear to me how many suites there actually are at this property as the website seems to indicate they are all multi-floor. Nevertheless, I would push harder the next time. Frankly, I feel a bit like a fish out of water (I've never been so diverse) and am trying to not make too much of a fuss.
