I have a legitimate question about what to do about a safety concern that occurred on American Airlines.I was groped (the very drunk passenger grabbed and squeezed my breast and fondled my stomach. I screamed and it was witnessed by other passengers) the man sitting across from me - I was in exit row aisle and he was in the other exit row aisle. I notified the flight attendant who had local police meet the aircraft. I was taken off first and interviewed and filed a police report as did a witness . The guy was interviewed by police and given a summons- however, due to jurisdictional issues it was given to the FBI so who knows what is next. Nobody- and I mean nobody- at AA contacted me or has done anything. The FBI took over the case but I am shocked that AA hasn’t contacted me. I am considering getting a lawyer. What are my next steps with the airline in terms of getting them to recognize that they were negligent in letting this drunk guy board and sit in the exit row! I am
just at a total loss as to what to do and how to proceed with the airline. They clearly don’t care.
