So I am new to flying blue - and have started looking at some flight options for award tickets. Currently have a flight booked later this year - so am somewhat familiar with their website, but looking at options for a 2025 trip.

So this is the situation

Looking for JFK to CDG flights. I have the KLM app on my phone- logged in with my FB number - and on pretty much every date I checked, there are no direct options available using miles. But I know there are options on AF, so I downloaded the AF app, used my same flying blue log in, and viola, the direct flights show up as bookable. I go back to the KLM app, and nope, those flights don't show up. For example May 19 2025, I can book AF direct JFK to CDG but NOT via the KLM app.

So my question, do KLM and AF have different availabilities with award flights? I thought they were essentially the same company and would have the inventory,
