Help?

I am on a direct flight with two segments. Segment one flown, mileage credit received for both segments, even though I have only flown one.

I do need to fly the second segment, but my boarding pass for both segments no longer appear in the app. Has anyone experienced something like this? I do have screenshot of both boarding passes.
