You are talking about Japan, they are very efficient and from my personal experience, as long as your first flight doesn't depart late, you should have plenty of time for your transit at HND. You probably even have time to hit the lounge as well . For the unfortunate couple time where my first flight departed late, JAL agent at HND was waiting for me at the jet bridge with envelopes containing hotel vouchers, information on how to get to the hotel and even escorted me through express immigration.
