Flew KUL-LHR recently and yes, Fast Track is available on my flight. But if you are flying MH2 and it's on time, you probably don't need it as it's the first T4 arrival and the next QR arrival isn't until 30-45 minutes later.
This is good to know! Did you receive a Fast Track invitation card to use upon arrival? or just need to show your boarding pass at the Fast Track queue?
