Has anyone been able to get “
J.P. Morgan Private Client” if you were not previously a First Republic customer?

Goal would be to move enough in to qualify (looks to be 750k+) and have my private banker apply for the card. I’ve gone in branch and called Chase Private Client. I can’t seem to get a straight answer as to whether they will upgrade accounts with no history with First Republic.
