Their system is likely to cancel one or more booking if it finds multiple bookings that are “impossible” to take. You won’t know which one they’ll cancel until it happens. That said, if the tickets have been issued, I don’t think the system will auto cancel it, but it’s still a violation of the contract of carriage.
