Although I agree with you that the drivers are actually nice and helpful - HYATT SHOULD BE ASHAMED of themselves for having such a poor arraignment.

Its not like the rooms are cheap and 90% of people that stay there is probably for the closeness to the airport for early flights. Hyatt really needs to make one bus HYATT guests only for pickup, especially in the mornings and build in this minor cost into the hotel expenses as this is a major feature that customers want and to be surprised like myself, yourself, professional bloggers, and others, this is an EMBARRASMENT to Hyatt and as much as I like the brand, I may start to boycott this location.
