Just showed up - line system still needs some work between PP holders and OW tiers. Asked for shower - agent wanted to charge 19.50 euro per slot. Told me payment machine is broken so no showers.

Surprised - I asked wasn't the shower for Oneworld lounge free? She said no. I didn't push (I had a shower for free here in March though).
