So to your way of thinking, not getting the special J bus when you're on a bus gate makes the entire transit experience "really poor"? I guess that you don't visit lounges, and consider the general HIA experience no better than the airport experience at, say, CMB or FNJ. I've not been to CMB or FNJ but I think having to use bus gate for transit, along with huge crowd at the gate like a packed bus station or rush hour metro (especially at central / south C gates rather than the newer and more spacious bus gates at north) is already 'poor', made worse by not having exclusive J bus transfers - so that's 'really poor'. Not everyone has time for lounge visit especially when you waste extra 30-40 minutes on a bus if both arriving and departing flights are located far away from the terminal building.
