They're completely legit, just seem to arrange a good bit of consolidator deals that other sites don't. Those are fares that don't touch China at all, just intra-Asia. Like CX or MH (not to/from China). Very good site to have in your repertoire.
They have similar pricing power on the hotel front, as well, typically at the individual property level in cities that are popular with Chinese tourists (e.g. New York, Paris, Sydney).
