You are a data point of one. How many thousands of people are running queries on Google flights (which I assume Alphabet are willing to sell this information to airlines). Add that to all the other platforms out there who run their queries though other search systems that will also sell the information.
Plus, you are querying one flight. The airline might price your segment differently based on O/D price across hundreds of possible connecting routes to maximize value.
We are talking data massive data here, so I doubt you can make a dent into that.
