Just book one way now and worry about the return later. The return trip can be purchased with cash and upgraded with Pluspoints. PZ space is pretty for TPE-SFO. Or you can wait for PremiumPlus award at 65K miles. I got a couple of them for my wife (WNZ-ICN-SFO-RIC or WNZ-SZX-NRT-DEN-RIC) for late this month. These tickets cost 71.5K miles because of partner flights.
